What Is the Front Page?
The Front Page is where I take responsibility for my writers’ words and they take the credit and glory. That’s because I edit the Front Page, raising it as if it were my own child, even though it looks like my mailman.
I want Clunkline’s cutting edge to be of consistent quality and have a reasonably cohesive sense of humor. To an extent, it should be one product, to draw people back again for that specific brand of humor they saw in the last update that they really liked. The Corners are places for experimentation; the Front Page is more for experiments that have already succeeded.
