Champion's Opinion Be Damned

Hey, you know who’s AWESOME?

Rage Against the Machine.

I love their guitar loops. They remind me of their lyrics. So political. I don’t know how they managed to make guitar loops political but they did. And it made me think. Then it made me listen to their song again, on repeat one. Then it put a gun to my head and made me drink bleach. But it’s all in the name of art, right? And art it is! Of the highest form.

Grabass_Champion, I maintain that you know nothing about this band, and that if you think it’s bad, well, you just don’t understand art. In your next Corner update I hope to see either a surrender or a rebuttal! (Surely, a surrender is in order.)

Also, Soulja Boy kicks ass. And Metallica too.

Popular Opinion be Damned

I can’t figure out why I’m one of the only people that’s yet realized that Rage Against the Machine sucks incredible quantities of ass. Why hasn’t anyone else figured that out? I mean, they’ve been gone for years and their quasi-musical diarrhea still taints the airwaves, as if someone would actually want to hear it. Tell someone how hard Rage sucks and nine times out of ten you’ll be told that they’re one of the best bands ever to exist.

Well, you tell me how uncreative guitar loops behind incomprehensible, whiny white-guy rap makes a great band. Oh, they’re political? So are a ton of bands that are actually good.
